I have spent fifteen years working on the question that sits at the heart of luxury brand strategy: how do you keep a brand culturally alive without losing what makes it worth caring about?

At Gucci, that meant building the narrative architecture behind campaigns that reached over a billion people while staying true to a brand identity with decades of equity behind it. At Paul Smith, it meant rebuilding cultural relevance in new markets — finding the right partnerships, the right communities, the right activation frameworks — while protecting the integrity of a design-led brand with a very distinctive voice. At Saatchi & Saatchi, it meant learning how creative thinking and commercial thinking can operate as a single discipline rather than two separate conversations.

What I do now, through independent advisory work, is bring that experience — and the structured frameworks developed across it — to brands at the moments when they need it most.
